FonPulse Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Application: FonPulse Android package: com.fon.bet.pulse.app Developer and application operator: Fonbet Technologies Private Limited Privacy contact: support@fonbetapps.com
1. Scope
Fonbet Technologies Private Limited ("we") provides FonPulse (the "app"). This policy explains what information the app uses, what remains on your device, what may be transmitted to sports data providers and Google Firebase, and how you can manage your records.
FonPulse provides sports information and a personal football archive for teams, matches, stadium visits, notes, lineups and quiz results. No registration is required for the archive. A local profile with a display name is not an online account.
This policy applies to com.fon.bet.pulse.app. When you visit an external website or save a file through another service, that service's own privacy policy also applies to its processing.
2. Information stored on your device
The app stores information you enter or create while using its features:
- Profile: a display name or nickname and the date you started using the app. A real name is not required.
- Teams: names, cities or countries, selected colors and favorite selections.
- Matches: teams, date and time, stadium, competition, status, scores and your note.
- Stadium visits: stadium, visit date, atmosphere, view and comfort ratings and your impressions; favorite and wishlist selections.
- Notes: title, content, category, creation time and links to a team or match.
- Lineups: name, formation, player names, starting and substitute positions and the primary lineup selection.
- Quizzes and progress: mode, score, question count, duration and completion time. Statistics, levels and achievements are calculated from these and other local records.
- Local preferences and app state, including completion of the introductory screens.
These records remain in the app's private storage on your device. FonPulse does not automatically synchronize them to the developer's servers. Your personal archive is not sent to API-Sports to obtain sports results.
The current version does not provide user photo selection or avatar uploads. It does not request access to contacts, SMS, call history, microphone, camera or precise location. Stadium visit dates are entered manually rather than determined using GPS.
3. Sports data and image requests
The app connects to API-Sports to display football, basketball and hockey. Requests may include the selected sport, Live or Today feed, date, the device's time zone and an opened match's identifier. The time zone comes from system settings and is not precise location information.
A server receiving a network request receives the connection's IP address and technical information needed to handle it. Requests for team or competition logos also reach the server hosting the image. Service operators may process technical logs under their own policies.
These connections provide requested sports information and images. The app does not attach your local display name, notes, personal lineups, visit history or quiz results to sports requests. The API access key belongs to the application rather than a personal user account.

4. Firebase Crashlytics and diagnostics
The published release version automatically enables Firebase Crashlytics, a Google Firebase service for crash diagnosis and stability. Firebase Installations and Firebase Sessions support related diagnostics.
These services may process crash and app-state information, device and system details, app and SDK versions, installation identifiers and diagnostic session information. Examples include a crash trace, device model, connection type and session start. Connections to the services also expose the connection's IP address.
We use diagnostics to investigate errors, assess affected installations and improve stability. Installation identifiers distinguish installed copies, so this information should not be described as entirely anonymous.
The app does not attach your local name, notes or archive contents as custom Crashlytics fields or logs. However, a technical report may contain exception text and error context. We do not guarantee that every report can never incidentally contain personal information.
The current app has no switch to disable diagnostics. Being temporarily offline is not a permanent opt-out: stored reports may be transmitted when connectivity returns. Deleting local records does not automatically delete reports already sent to Firebase.

5. Backups and CSV export
Backup creation, import and statistics export are initiated by you using Android's system file picker. You select the file or destination. The app does not obtain general access to all files on the device.
A backup may contain the local profile, teams, matches, visits, notes, quiz results, lineups, selections and preferences. The current version excludes photographs and avatars. The CSV contains totals for matches, visits, notes, quizzes and favorite teams.
A backup is a ZIP archive containing data. FonPulse does not separately encrypt or password-protect it. Anyone obtaining the file may read it. Choose a protected destination and share backups only with people you trust.
If you select a cloud drive or another file provider, that provider handles the file under its own terms. This takes place through the system service you select and is different from automatic FonPulse synchronization. Previously saved or shared copies must be deleted separately.
6. Support correspondence
If you voluntarily email support@fonbetapps.com, we receive your sender address, message and attachments you choose to provide. We use them to reply, investigate the reported issue and handle privacy requests.
You do not need to send your entire archive for a general question. Avoid including information unnecessary for your request.
7. Purposes and recipients
Local data supports your requested archive features, statistics, progress, export and restoration. Sports request parameters obtain relevant matches. Diagnostics support stability and error correction. Support correspondence enables replies and request handling.
Network recipients may include Google Firebase, API-Sports and image-hosting servers. A file or cloud provider may receive an export you choose to save there. Your email provider and our support email service also process support correspondence.
The app has no advertising networks or personal-data sales features. We do not use local records for advertising profiling in the app. Information may also need to be provided in response to a valid binding legal request, applicable obligations or to protect rights and security where permitted by law.
8. Retention
Local records remain on your device until you delete them, clear the app's data using Android or uninstall it. Local preferences remain until the app data is fully reset. Exported files remain in your selected destination until deleted separately.
Firebase's published documentation states that Crashlytics retains crash traces and associated diagnostic identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from live and backup systems. This is not a promise that all Firebase data disappears instantly on day 90: other related services and identifiers have their own documented retention procedures.
API-Sports and other external services apply their own retention rules. Support messages are retained as needed to address the request and meet applicable obligations. This policy does not set one fixed period for every support case.
9. Managing and deleting information
You can change your local display name and edit or delete matches, visits and notes through the available screens. Profile → My Data → Delete All Data, after confirmation, removes user-created teams, matches, visits, notes, quiz results and lineups, resets user stadium selections and restores the default profile name. The built-in catalog and questions remain. This button does not reset local preferences or introductory-screen completion.
To remove all local storage, including preferences, clear FonPulse's data in Android settings or uninstall it. These actions do not independently remove previously exported backups, CSV files, support correspondence or diagnostics already transmitted.
FonPulse creates no online user account, so removing a local profile is not deletion of a server account. We cannot remotely read, change or recover your local archive unless you choose to send it to us.
For questions about information available to the developer, email support@fonbetapps.com with the app name, package and request. Diagnostic installations are not linked to your local name or email address, so these details alone may not identify a report. What can be done depends on available identifiers, service capabilities and applicable rules.
10. Security
The archive uses Android's private app storage. Configured API-Sports and Firebase connections use HTTPS; Firebase describes transport encryption in its documentation. The app configuration disables automatic Android backup and device transfer of the local archive.
Files you export are outside FonPulse's private storage protections. The security of your device, selected cloud drive and people receiving a file affects its protection. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security.
11. Processing in other countries
Network service providers may process technical information in countries other than your country of residence. Locations and protective measures depend on each provider's infrastructure and terms. The app does not promise that all diagnostics and sports requests are processed in a single country.
12. Children and information about other people
The app does not request a birth date or verify age. Parents and guardians should consider automatic diagnostics and information a child might enter. Where applicable law requires parental or guardian involvement, use involving personal information must comply with that requirement.
Do not enter other people's personal information without an appropriate basis. If you believe a child's or another person's information was improperly transmitted through diagnostics or support, contact support@fonbetapps.com. We may need details enabling us to identify the information before determining the next steps.
13. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and a complaint to a competent authority. Where a particular processing activity relies on consent, applicable rules may allow withdrawal. This policy does not claim the current app implements a Crashlytics consent or withdrawal screen.
Your local records are available in the app and can be transferred through a backup. For information held by the developer or its providers, contact support@fonbetapps.com. Requests are considered under applicable rules, available information and any necessary verification of authority. We do not promise technically impossible remote deletion of files on your device or held by other recipients.
14. Changes and contact
We update this policy and its revision date when features or data handling change. If applicable rules require additional notice or consent for a processing change, editing this policy alone is not sufficient.
