1. Information Collection and Use

The Service is a sports statistics app that is built to work with as little data as possible. We do not use advertising, and we do not use behavioral analytics or tracking SDKs.

Types of Data Collected:

• Crash & Diagnostic Data: To detect and fix crashes, we use Firebase Crashlytics (a service provided by Google). When the app crashes or hits a serious error, we collect a crash report that may include the crash type and stack trace, the app version, your device model and operating system version, and a random Crashlytics installation identifier. This information is used only to improve stability and does not identify you personally.

Requests that load sports data contain only non-personal parameters (such as sport, league, and season) and do not include information about you.

What we do NOT collect: we do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, advertising ID, or device identifiers such as IMEI/ANDROID_ID. Any content and settings you create in the app — for example a display name, match notes, watchlist items, stadium bookmarks, and "Theme Studio" settings — are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us, so we do not collect them.

2. Use of Data

FONBET TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED uses the collected data for the following purposes:

• To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes, bugs, and other technical issues.
• To provide and maintain our sports data Service.
• To monitor the usage and health of our Service and to protect it from abuse and security threats.
• To provide customer support when you contact us.

We do NOT use your data for advertising or profiling.

3. Transfer and Storage of Data

The crash and diagnostic data described above is processed on our behalf by Google (Firebase Crashlytics) and may be transferred to and stored on servers located in countries other than the one you live in, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this processing and transfer. We do not otherwise transfer personal data, because we do not collect it.

4. Disclosure of Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party advertisers. We may disclose data only in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation or a valid request by a public authority.
• Protect and defend the rights or property of FONBET TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.
• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service.
• Protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public.
• Protect against legal liability.

5. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Any content stored on your device is protected by Android's application sandbox.

6. Service Providers (Crash Reporting)

We use one third-party service provider to help us keep the Service stable: Firebase Crashlytics, a crash-reporting service provided by Google. It processes the crash and diagnostic data described in Section 1 on our behalf and is obligated not to use it for any other purpose. We do NOT use any advertising or behavioral analytics service (such as Google Analytics for Firebase).

7. Strict Compliance Disclaimer

Our Service is strictly an informational and analytical platform for sports data, schedules, and statistical metrics.

• We do NOT collect data related to financial transactions, real-money gambling, sports betting, or wagering.
• We do NOT facilitate, enable, or promote betting or any real-money gaming activity.
• The Service is compliant with Google Play Store Developer Policies regarding sports and informational utility applications.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
